At Amayaa Lifestyle, we celebrate handcrafted beauty and mindful living. Every piece is designed with love and thoughtfully made by skilled artisans. Slight variations in color, texture, or shape are part of the charm of handmade products and are not considered defects.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Replacements

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible issues such as:

  • Wrong item received

  • Product received in damaged or defective condition (excluding natural handmade variations)

To Request a Return or Replacement:

Please email us at info@amayaa.co within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Late requests beyond this period will not be accepted.

Please include:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Unboxing video (highly preferred for damaged items)

Refunds

Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Replacement Timelines

Approved replacements will be shipped within 5–7 working days.

Exceptions & Limitations

  • Candles: As they are delicate and sensitive to climate, returns are not accepted unless damaged in transit.

  • Incorrect Address/Contact Info: If the order has already been shipped before the concern is raised, a refund will not be issued. However, re-shipping can be arranged at an additional cost of ₹150.

  • Refused or Missed Delivery: No refund. Re-shipping possible at ₹150.

Cash On Delivery

No extra charges will be implied on cash-on-delivery orders. Before processing your COD (cash on delivery) order further, we will call you to confirm the order you have placed. If we are unable to get in touch with you within 8 days from the date of placement of order, your order will automatically get cancelled.
